At Baby Rascals, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

 

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In their original packaging
  • In resellable condition

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The original packaging is intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@babyrascals.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Send the item back using your preferred carrier.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll notify you when your refund has been processed.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or provide a refund.
