Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping is always free! Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on the item and your location. Some products may ship from a local warehouse, which means you could receive your order even sooner.

We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship to customers in the United States. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon!

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@babyrascals.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Unfortunately, we can’t change or cancel orders once they’ve been shipped.

Products & Sizing

How do I know which product is right for my child’s age?

Each product listing may include an age recommendation in the description. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you!

Are your products safe for babies and toddlers?

Yes! We only curate products made from safe, non-toxic materials. Many items are also BPA-free and certified for child use.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How do I start a return?

Just email us at support@babyrascals.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Gift Orders & Support

Can I send an order as a gift?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messaging services. All orders are shipped with standard packaging.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We’ll do your best to make it right.
